Terms & Conditions


We accept PayPal payments, most secured online payment system for buyer and seller. We do not collect or see buyers Credit or Debit cared Number when a payment is made via PayPal.  Buyers financial credentials are stored in PayPal’s secured database. Buyers without PayPal account can also pay with their Debit or Credit card using PayPal’s Secured Payment Gateway without any additional fee. Cash payment is accepted for local pick up.


Please note, we are only able to ship to the address that you enter when you make the payment.

Any change of address should be made before you make the payment.  We will issue you full refund if you need to change your address after you buy any item  from us so that you can correct the address and purchase the item again with corrected address if you wish.

Shipping rates to HI, Alaska, PR, and other US territories not within the 48-states will be an additional amount.  Please email us for a shipping quote

We ship via USPS or FedEx as our preferred shipping service provider.  We are not responsible for any kind of delay that is caused by the shipping service.   Actual delivery time will depend upon the shipping service.

Returns & Refunds

Our goal is for customers to purchase items that they need. However, if for any reason you are not happy with the product you purchased from us, we have a very flexible return policy as follows: 30 days return/exchange from date of purchase on all items purchased from us. 14 days unconditional money back guarantee, we cover your return shipping if our products are defective. Return Procedures: Email our customer support team to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) #, when sending this request, please address the issue clearly and in details if possible, if we are not able to help you to solve the issue then we will issue you an RMA# right away to make return arrangements. Our goal is to help our customers to keep the products they purchased, however if it’s not the case, we have absolutely no problems taking any returns back within the allowed time frame. Once an RMA# is obtained, please send it back.

Payment will be refunded for the items out of stock.

Terms & Conditions

All of Shea Butter, Black Soap, Cocoa Butter, and most other products are Natural, Raw, Unrefined.  As a result, quality and appearance of the product may vary with in the same order or from order to order. Please be sure to read all terms and conditions before purchasing.  We use S & H fees to cover shipping, handling, pickup and etc. Please do NOT ask for discount or argue these fees after you purchase or product is delivered. We do not combine shipping rates.
